摘要
利用生产维生素B6产生的固废(以下简称黑膏)和三乙醇胺反应生成盐作为膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)的碳源,用该碳源、聚磷酸胺(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为原料,通过一步反应合成了IFR。该阻燃剂的优化合成条件为碳源(黑膏和三乙醇胺反应质量比2∶1)和APP和MEL的复配质量比15∶10∶6.3。IFR的膨胀度为49.2mL/g,剩炭率为40.3%,在聚丙烯垂直燃烧测试中,阻燃剂占总质量分数的28%可达到UL94 V-0级。
The solid waste(called as black paste) from the production of vitamin B6 reacted with triethanolamine to form salts as the carbon source of preparing intumescent flame retardant(IFR).IFR was synthesized from ammonium polyphosphate(APP) and melamine(MEL) through one-step reaction by using the carbon source. The optimum synthetic condition was that the mass ratio of the carbon source(prepared under the mass ratio of black paste to triethanolamine was 2: 1) and APP and MEL was 15: 10: 6.3. The IFR expansion rate was 49.2 m L/g and remaining carbon rate was 40.3%.In the vertical combustion test of flame retardants polypropylene, the flame retardancy of the material reached to UL94 V-0 level when the total mass fraction of flame retardant was 28%.
