摘要
采用腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚(MD-18)与Na H反应生成的腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚醇钠(MN)与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTA)为原料,在乙醇溶剂中合成腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚季铵盐型乳化剂(YA)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)对MD-18和产品的结构表征。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测量YA的分子量。采用表面张力仪测定不同温度下不同浓度MD-18和YA的表面张力,并根据表面张力曲线计算临界胶束浓度(CMC)、平衡表面张力(γ_(cmc))最大吸附量(Γ_(cmc))、最小分子面积(A_(cmc))。结果表明YA的数均分子量为1 108 g/mol,293,303,313 K时YA的CMC值分别为0.008 6、0.008 9、0.009 1 mol/L,γcmc分别为32.958 1、32.055 4、31.390 6 mN/m。且随温度升高YA的CMC、A_(cmc)增大,γ_(cmc)、Γ_(cmc)减小。
Cardanol polyoxyethylene ether-18 cationic emulsifier was synthesized by using cashewphenol ethoxylates(MD-18), Na H, glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTA) as raw materials. The prepared surfactant(YA) and the MD-18 were characterized by IR spectroscopy,and the molecular weight of YA was measured by GPC(Gel Permeation Chromatography). The surface activities of MD-18 and YA were studied by measuring the surface tension of these surfactants with different concentrations at different temperatures, namely 295, 305 and 315 K. Some surface properties including ascritical micelle concentration(CMC), equilibrium surface tension(γcmc),surface excess concentration(Γ(cmc)) and the area occupied per molecule(Acmc) of MD-18 and YA were calculated by analyzing the surface tension concentration curve. The results showed that: the molecular weight of YA was 1 108 g·mol-1, the CMC of YA at 293, 303, 313 K were 0.008 6, 0.008 9, 0.009 1 mol/L, and the γcmc of YA at 293, 303, 313 K were 32.958 1, 32.055 4, 31.390 6 m N/m, and it was found that the CMC and Acmc of YA increased with the increase of temperature, while the γcmc and Γcmc decreased.
