摘要 稠油SAGD油井样品含水率的测定对试验区生产调控有着重要意义。从稠油SAGD的生产工艺出发,分析了稠油SAGD含水化验方法的难点,SAGD试验区的样品离心后存在乳化过渡层,界面不清晰造成读数困难,导致SAGD样品含水无法精确测量。针对以上缺陷,通过优选破乳剂、优化离心法及确定含水测试方法,优化了SAGD含水化验的离心法,最终得出适用于超稠油SAGD样品的新含水化验方法,为SAGD配套工艺技术的发展提供一定的指导作用。 The determination of water content in oil samples of heavy oil SAGD well is of great significance to the production control in the experimental area. Starting from the production process of heavy oil SAGD, the difficulties in the testing of heavy oil SAGD moisture content were analyzed. After the centrifugal separation of sample from SAGD test area, there is an emulsion transition layer, the interface is not clear, so it is difficult to accurate measure water content in SAGD samples. To solve the above problems, through optimizing demulsifiers, optimizing centrifugal method and test method, a new water test method suitable for super heavy oil sample of SAGD was finally developed, which could provide some guidance for the development of supporting technology for SAGD.
