摘要
介绍了低成本FHUDS-8催化剂在天津分公司320万t/a柴油加氢装置上的工业应用,分析了装置标定以及长周期生产国Ⅴ标准柴油的运行情况。标定结果表明,进料量310 t/h满负荷运行,体积空速1.15 h^(-1),氢分压6.4 MPa,氢油比300(v/v),入口温度311℃,出口温度352℃,平均反应温度332℃,精制柴油质量良好完全满足国Ⅴ柴油质量标准,其中密度约823.3 kg/m3,总硫仅4.5μg/g,且十六烷值达到了56。低成本FHUDS-8催化剂可以实现长周期稳定生产国V标准清洁柴油,装置已经稳定运行19个月。
The industrial application of low-cost FHUDS-8 catalyst in 3.2 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit in Tianjin branch was introducted, and the calibration and operation of device for long-term production of the V diesel was analyzed. The calibration results indicated that the refining unit could produce the national V diesel with density of 823.3 kg/m3, sulphur content of 4.5 μg/g and the cetane number of 58, under the condition of the feeding rate of 310 t/h, the space velocity of 1.15 h-1, the hydrogen pressure of 6.4 MPa, the hydrogen/feed ratio of 300(v/v), the inlet temperature of 311 ℃, the outlet temperature of 352 ℃ and the average reaction temperature of 332 ℃. The refining unit using the low-cost FHUDS-8 catalyst had run continuously and stably for 19 months to produce the national V diesel.
