玛咖营养成分提取分离研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 玛咖因含有丰富的营养成分和重要的次生代谢物而具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎症、抗病毒和提高免疫力、增强生育力等生理功能。但关于玛咖营养成分提取分离的系统报道较少,严重制约着玛咖的研究、生产和相关产品的开发。介绍了玛咖的营养成分,并综述了国内外有关玛咖营养成分的提取、分离和各自的优缺点;最后探讨了今后玛咖研究的未来趋势,为玛咖资源开发利用提供科学性指导。 Because Maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp) contains rich nutrients and important secondary metabolites, it has many biological activates, such as anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-virus and immune enhancing, fertility improving. However, there are few reports about the isolation and extraction of nutrients from Maca, which seriously restricts the research, production and related products development of Maca. In this article, the structural characteristics and chemical properties of the active ingredient were introduced, its extraction methods were discussed as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the future research trend of Maca was prospected.
