摘要
油气生产系统中一直存在着设备及管线的腐蚀,金属的腐蚀失效有可能造成严重的安全事故,影响到油气生产的安全高效进行。由于国内外对CO_2/H_2S的共同作用下的研究相对较少。对CO_2和H_2S对金属的腐蚀机理进行了介绍,并重点对共存状态下竞争协同作用作了分析。根据腐蚀的影响因素来提出适宜的腐蚀防护措施,更加高效地减缓腐蚀。
There are corrosion problems of equipments and pipelines in oil and gas production system, metal corrosion failure may cause serious accidents, affecting the safe and efficient oil and gas production. Due to relatively little research on CO2/H2S synergy at home and abroad, the corrosion mechanism of CO2 and H2S to metals was discussed in this paper, and the competitive synergy was also analyzed. According to the factors affecting the corrosion, appropriate corrosion protection measures were put forward to reduce corrosion more efficiently.
