摘要
微流控技术具有高效、低样品和溶剂消耗量、可控性强等优点,在科研中发挥着重要的作用。由于在乳液设计方面独特的优势,被引入到高分子科学研究中,通过微流控技术,可以制备单分散的单乳液、双乳液以及多乳液,且乳液的粒径在一定范围内可控。介绍了纳米材料制备方法及微控流技术应用范围,提出通过微流控技术来制备纳米结构材料,以期得到单分散且结构高度一致的纳米材料,并在一定范围内对其尺寸进行调控。
The microfluidic technology plays an important role in scientific research due to its advantages including high efficiency, low consumption of samples and solvents, strong controllability. It has been applied into polymer science research because of its superiority in the emulsion design, and various of monodisperse emulsions, such as single emulsion, double and multiple emulsions, can be prepared by the technology. In this paper, preparation methods of nanostructured materials and application of the microfluidic technology were introduced, and it's recommended that the microfluidic technology should be used to prepare nanostructured materials, in order to get the materials with properties of monodisperse and highly consistent structure, and whose size can be controlled within a certain range.
