气相色谱法快速测定馏分油中蜡潜含量的研究

Determination of Potential Waxes Content of Distillate by Gas Chromatography

研究采用气相色谱快速测定馏分油中蜡潜含量的分析方法。通过与经典方法 SY/T0537数据对比,确定出馏分烃组成与蜡潜含量之间存在稳定的折算系数。通过对升温程序、进样浓度、积分条件等进行实验,验证了方法的稳定性。因此,在生产工艺稳定,馏分油馏程变化在可接受范围前提下,可以采用气相色谱法代替经典方法快速测定馏分油中蜡潜含量。

The analysis method for determining potential waxes content of distillate by gas chromatography was introduced. Through comparing with the data of classical method SY/T0537,the conversion coefficient between fractional composition and potential waxes content was determined. Through adjusting the program of temperature increasing, sample concentration, integral parameters etc., the stability of the method was confirmed. So the method can take the place of the SY/T0537 when the production process and operation conditions are stable.
