摘要 为了研究流体在同规格板波纹填料和金属丝网填料的两种不同装填方式,即平装和立装。并在全回流操作条件下,流体力学性能和传质性能的改变情况。我们以乙醇-水为物系,在直径Ф800 mm工业规模精馏塔内进行热模实验。实验结果表明:同等条件下,每米立装板波纹填料的压降比每米平装板波纹填料的压降平均降低36.52%,等板高度平均增加18.15%,分离功平均降低15.33%;而每米立装金属丝网填料的压降与每米平装金属丝网填料的压降相比,压降没有显著变化,而等板高度平均增加10.99%,分离功平均降低9.87%。 In industrial scale distillation column with diameter of 800 mm, under the condition of total reflux, the hydrodynamic performance and mass transfer performance of two loading types including mellapak packing and metal gauze packing with the same size were studied with ethanol-water as the material system. The experimental results showed that,under the same conditions, compared with the paperbacked mellapak packing, the pressure drop of the vertical filling mellapak packing was reduced by an average of 36.52% per meter, the height equivalent to a theoretical plate was increased by an average of 18.15%,the separation work was reduced by an average of 15.33%; Compared with the paperbacked metal gauze packing,the pressure drop of vertical filling metal gauze packing per meter did not change significantly, and the height equivalent to a theoretical plate was increased by an average of 10.99%, the separation work was reduced by an average of 9.87%.
