摘要
为获得长柄扁桃仁油脂提取的最优工艺,采用超声波处辅助有机溶剂提取法处理样品,在考察单因素,如提取次数、液料比、超声温度和超声时间的基础,设计正交试验方案,最后得出最优的长柄扁桃仁油脂提取工艺。结果显示长柄扁桃仁油脂最佳超声工艺条件为:提取次数3次,液料比8,超声温度45℃,超声时间20 min。优化的超声工艺条件能有效的提取长柄扁桃仁油脂,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to obtain the optimal extraction process of amygdalus pedunculata seed oil, the ultrasonic assisted organic solvent extraction method was used to study the effect of signal factor, such as extraction times,liquid-solid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on oil extract yield. Based on the single factor analysis, the orthogonal experiment was designed in order to obtain the optimal extraction process of amygdalus pedunculata seed oil. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction times 3, liquid-solid ratio 8, ultrasonic temperature 45 ℃, ultrasonic time 20 min. The optimized ultrasonic technology can effectively extract amygdalus pedunculata seed oil, and it can have a good application prospect.
