摘要
海管铺设过程中涉及的海管种类通常不超过四种,较多的海管种类给安全高效的完成海管铺设带来较大挑战。东海某海管铺设项目铺设过程中涉及17种海管,在单条短距离管线内铺设如此多种类的海管国内尚未见报道。以东海某海管铺设项目为例,针对多种类型海管铺设工艺特点,对施工各阶段进行过程控制和优化,在保证施工质量的同时又提高了施工效率。该条管线的成功铺设对降低海管铺设的综合成本具有重要意义,对类似海管铺设的设计及管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
There are usually no more than four types of submarine pipes involved in the laying process, more types of pipes will bring greater challenges to the safe and efficient completion of the laying. There were 17 types of pipes involved in the laying of a submarine pipeline laying project in the East China Sea, and there were no reports on the construction of so many kinds of submarine pipes in a single short pipeline. In this paper, taking a submarine pipeline laying project in the East China Sea as an example, aiming at process characteristics of various types of pipes laying, controlling and optimizing of the construction process of the various stages were carried out, construction quality was ensured while the construction efficiency was improved. The successful laying of the pipeline was of great significance to reduce the comprehensive cost of laying the submarine pipeline, which could provide certain reference for the design and management of similar pipeline laying.
