丁苯橡胶单体回收单元工作液循环系统分析及改造

摘要 从系统压力波动、设备因素、循环水量大小变化以及整个循环系统彼此之间的相互影响等方面进行了分析,全面了解丁苯橡胶单体回收单元工作液循环系统,并通过优化工艺操作条件、规范操作、技术改造等方面保证单体回收单元工作液循环系统的长周期、稳定运行,进而保证压缩机、真空泵的稳定运行,达到单体回收单元的连续平稳运行。 Through analyzing the system pressure fluctuation, the equipment factor, the change of circulating water volume,and the mutual influence of different factors in the whole circulation system, the working liquid circulation system of styrene-butadiene rubber monomer recovery unit was studied. And through the optimization of process operating conditions as well as technical renovation, long cycle and stable operation of the working liquid circulation system of styrene-butadiene rubber monomer recovery unit was realized to guarantee the stability of the compressor and vacuum pump, so the continuous smooth running of monomer recovery unit was finally achieved.
