摘要
为减小翼缘螺栓孔对铝合金板式节点抗拉和抗弯承载性能的削弱作用,提高设计应力比,研究角铝加固法对铝合金板式节点承载力、刚度及承载机理的影响,对上海某项目铝合金屋盖中两种典型工程足尺节点,进行了角铝加固设计,在通用有限元软件ABAQUS中建立实体模型,对加固后的节点试件在轴拉及纯弯受力状态下的静力性能进行了有限元分析,验证角铝加固法的有效性;对角铝加固件的几何参数进行参数分析,找到影响加固效果的关键参数,对加固件进行优化设计。
In order to reduce weakening effect of flexural and tensile loading capacity of aluminum alloy gusset joints caused by cut-outs on the flange and increase design stress ratio,studies were conducted on angle aluminum reinforcing design method of aluminum alloy gusset joints and its influence on capacity,rigidity and bearing mechanism of the joints. The angle aluminum reinforcing design method was used in the reinforcing design of two kinds of typical full-scale aluminum alloy gusset joints in one project in Shanghai. Finite element model was established in ABAQUS and numerical calculation of mechanical property of the reinforced joints under flexural and tensile load was conducted which verified the effectiveness and applicability of the angle aluminum reinforcing design method. Parameter analysis of angle aluminum reinforcing member showed the key parameter which could be used as the basis of optimal design.
