政府补贴对企业出口国内附加值的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Government Subsidies on Domestic Value-added of Enterprises’ Exports

本文基于中国工业企业库及中国海关贸易数据库,测算了企业出口国内附加值率（DVAR）,考察了政府补贴对企业出口DVAR的影响。研究发现：（1）政府补贴对企业出口DVAR具有显著的促进作用。（2）政府补贴对企业出口DVAR存在异质性影响,根据企业年龄分组时,政府补贴对发展阶段后期的企业出口DVAR正向影响最大;根据企业出口规模分组时,企业出口规模越大,政府补贴对企业出口国内附加值的正向影响越大;根据所有制类型分组时,政府补贴对外资企业出口DVAR的正向影响最大。

Based on the Annual Surveys of Industrial Firms and the Chinese Customs Trade Statistics, this paper calculates the domestic value added ratio （DVAR） of firm＇s export, and investigates the effect of government subsidy on export DVAR of firms. The main results show that： （ 1 ） government subsidy significantly improves export DVAR of firms; （ 2 ） There are heterogeneous effects about the influence of government subsidy on export DVAR of firms, when the overall sample is divided by firms＇ age, the government subsidy has the greatest positive influence on the export of DVAR in the later stage of firms＇ development; when the overall sample is divided by the export scale of firms, the effect of government subsidy on export DVAR of firms increases with the export scale of firms; when the overall sample is divided by firms＇ ownership type, government subsidy has the greatest positive impact on export DVAR of foreign invested firms.
