三种金色叶植物叶色表现及色素含量 被引量:5

Leaf Color Performance and Pigment Content of Three Golden-leaf Plant

摘要 以引种到青岛地区的金叶榆、金叶接骨木、金叶梓树3种金色叶植物为试材,采用形态观测和生理指标测定的方法,研究了3种金色叶植物在青岛地区春季不同生长时期上位叶叶色表现与色素含量关系变化的影响,以期了解3种金色叶植物在青岛地区春季的最佳观赏时期,为金色叶植物的新品种选育和叶色改良提供参考依据。结果表明:随着生长发育过程的进行,3种金色叶植物的叶色均呈现逐渐变黄的趋势,叶色参数L值和B值逐渐增高,而花色素苷含量呈现逐渐降低的趋势;金叶接骨木和金叶梓树Chl/Car的比值呈现逐渐降低的趋势,而金叶榆则呈现先升高后降低的趋势。 The three introduced golden-leaf plants in Qingdao,including Ulmus pumila ‘Aurea',Sambucus racemosa ‘Aurea'and Ovate catalpa ‘Aurea'were used as materials.In order to explore the best ornamental period of three golden leaf plants in Qingdao area in spring,the performance of leaf color,leaf color parameter,contents of anthocyanin and photosynthetic pigment of the superior leaf were investigated during the different periods of spring by morphological examination and physiological indexes measurement.The results showed that the leaf color turned yellow as the plant growing.The Lvalue and Bvalue of the leaf color parameters increased gradually,and the anthocyanin content decreased gradually.The Chl/Car ratio of Sambucus racemosa ‘Aurea'and Ovate catalpa‘Aurea'showed a decreasing trend.But the Chl/Car ratio of Ulmus pumila ‘Aurea'appeared initially rising and then decreasing.
