城乡统筹视角下西安城市公园系统构建

Construction of Xi′an Urban Park System Under the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

在分析西安城市公园系统结构、分布特点的基础上,针对目前西安城市公园系统所存在的问题,提出了全面性和区域性、整体性和层次性、自然性和生态性、动态性和前瞻性、实用性和大众性的构建原则,提出了城乡统筹视角下的构建策略。将城市公园系统构建与历史文化遗址保护、风景旅游规划、城市绿道建设、城乡绿化一体化相结合,达到统筹规划、合理布局的目标。

Facing the problems of Xi′an urban park system,the characteristics of urban park system structure and the distribution were analyzed,proposing a comprehensive and regional,holistic and hierarchical,natural and ecological nature,dynamic and forward-looking,practical and popular construction principles.The design strategies under the perspective of urban-rural integration were also discussed.The construction of the urban park system could be combined with the protection of historic and cultural sites,the planning of scenic tourism,the construction of urban greenways,and the integration of urban and rural greening,to achieve the goal of overall planning and rational distribution.
