中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效观察

目的:观察用中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:130例随机分为对照组和观察组各65例,两组均用西医常规治疗,观察组加用中医综合治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96.92%、对照组78.46%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床效果显著,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method： 130 cases were randondy divided into control group （ n=65 ） and observation group （ n=65 ） . Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine and the observation group were treated with comprehensive therapy of rraditional Chinese medicine. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.92% and 78.46% respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P^O.05） . The Incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant clinical effect on the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae patients, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.
