加味牡蛎黄芪汤联合比拜克胶囊治疗甲状腺功能亢进临床观察

目的:观察加味牡蛎黄芪汤联合比拜克胶囊治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果。方法:120例随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,两组均用比拜克胶囊治疗;观察组加用加味牡蛎黄芪汤治疗。结果:两组血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)以及总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味牡蛎黄芪汤联合比拜克胶囊治疗甲状腺功能亢进可改善甲状腺功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Oyster Astragalus Decoction with additional integrants combined with Bibaike Capsules in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Method:120 patients with hyperthyroidism were divided into control group and observation group evenly in random. Both groups were treated with Bibaike Capsules and the observation group were treated with Oyster Astragalus Decoction with additional integrants in addition. Result:There was statistical significance in total serum thyroxine(TT4),total serum triiodothyronine three(TT3),free serum thyroxine(FT4),free serum triiodothyronine three(FT3) and the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oyster Astragalus Decoction with additional integrants combined with Bibaike Capsules could improve the thyroid function in patients and ensure the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
