功能性鼻窦内镜手术配合注射用双黄连鼻腔冲洗治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的:观察功能性鼻窦内镜手术配合注射用双黄连鼻腔冲洗治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:131例随机分为两组,对照组65例于鼻窦内镜手术后用生理盐水冲洗,观察组66例于鼻窦内镜手术后用注射用双黄连冲洗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),黏膜纤毛功能传输率观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能性鼻内镜手术配合双黄连注射液治疗慢性鼻窦炎能显著提高纤毛传输率,疗效较好。

Objeetive： To observe the therapeutic effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with injection of Shuanghuanglian nasal irrigation in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis. Method： 131 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.65 cases in the control group received saline irrigation after endoscopic sinus surgery while 66 cases in the observation group were treated with Shuanghuanglian Injection after endoscopic sinus surgery. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Result： the total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.97%,, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . The mucociliary function transport rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Shuanghuanglian Injection in the treatment of chronic sinusitis significantly improves the transmission rate of cilium, with a high curative rate.
