手三阳接经配穴埋线治疗中风后肩痛临床观察

目的:观察手三阳接经配穴埋线法治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。住院期2周和门诊治疗期10周:住院期间两组均进行基础常规治疗,治疗组加每周1次穴位埋线疗法。门诊治疗期治疗组每周1次穴位埋线疗法,对照组每周5次普通针刺治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.10%、对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS分值、F-M分值、神经功能缺损分值比较两组均优于治疗前(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手三阳接经配穴埋线治疗中风后肩痛能减轻疼痛、促进肢体活动恢复、提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy in treatment of the shoulder pain after stroke with acupoint catgut embedment in hand＇ s Three Yang meridians-joining.Methods： Divide the sixty patients with the post-stroke shoulder pain randomly into treating group and control group. All patients were being treated for 12 weeks, including 2 weeks for hospitalization and lOweeks for outpatient treatment. During the hospital, all the cases received routine treatment at the time of hospitalization, the treating group plus acupoint catgut embedment treatment once a week, while the control group plus ordinary acupuncture five times a week. During the clinic, the treating group received acupoint catgut embedment treatment once a week, and the control group received ordinary acupuncture five times a week.Result： The total analgesic effective rate of acupoint catgut embedment group （ 93.10% ） was higher than that of the acupuncture group （ 75.00% ） . According to the Visual Analogue Scale, Fugl --Meyer motor function scale, Neurological function deficit scale （ simplified form ） , each scale was improved after treatment in the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . But the treating group had a better effect （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Acupoint catgut embedment in hand＇ s Three Yang meridians-joining have a really curative effect on the treatment of the shoulder pain after stroke, it can relieve pain, promote recovery of affected limb arid improve quality of patients＇ life, which it is worth popularizing application in clinic.
