经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法:109例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组54例用闭合复位交锁髓内钉术,观察组55例用经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术,比较两组临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、踝关节功能改善情况及并发症发生率。结果:优良率观察组85.45%、对照组83.33%,并发症发生率观察组3.64%、对照组11.11%。两组骨折愈合时间及Mazur评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术更注重对骨膜血液供应的保护,对局部血运的影响少,能够减少手术时间、术中出血量少,安全性高。 Objective : To observe the effect of minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in treatment of distal tibial fracture. Method: 109 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 54 patients in the control group were treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing while 55 cases in observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation. The clinical curative effect, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, fracture healing time, ankle joint function improvement and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared. Result: The excellent rate of the observation group was 85.45%, while that of the control group was 83.33%. The complication rate was 3.64% while that of the control group was 11.11%. There was no statistical significance between the two groups in fracture healing time and Mazur score comparison ( P〉0.05 ) . The time and bleeding in the operation of the observation group were lower than that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation is more focused on the protection of periosteal blood supply and less influence on local blood transportation. It could effectively shorten operative time, with less bleeding and high safety in patients with distal fihial fractures.
