Political leadership is one kind of the National Party＇s leadership in the political life.It is a new mission as well as new content for the national governance＇s abilities optimization to enhance the political leadership of Party and government cadres in the new era of China.According to the leadership process,political leadership can be internalized into three power elements：cognition,influence and execution.To enhance the political leadership of Party and government cadres,Party cadre should strengthen the combined mechanism of ＂cognitive-influence-execution power＂.The paths to improve the political leadership include：strengthen political construction and maintain political nature,carry out the responsibilities of the decision and talent selection,pay attention to the work of the masses and focus on coordination and communication,value the awareness of the people and service-oriented,expand the professional ability and consolidate the ability of the ruling party.With the development paths of political leadership,Communist Party of China must build a strong leadership core of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
