摘要
新手教师专业化发展水平对幼儿的成长、幼儿园的长远发展有着不可忽视的影响。针对新手教师工作、教学经验不够丰富,专业技能比较薄弱,理论与实践不能有机结合,教师间能力差异大等特点,通过多元化的园本提升方法,从音乐教学理念、音乐知识技能和音乐教学能力三方面,提高音乐教学素养水平,带动新手教师全面发展。
The professional level of novice teacher in kindergarten has a long-term effect on children's growth and the development. This paper studied the problems existed like: not rich teaching experience of novice teachers; relatively weak professional skills; theories and practice can not be combined automatically; there is great difference of teaching ability, etc. This paper gives following suggestions to improve overall development of novice teacher: taking diversified promotion methods, and improving the level of music teaching quality from the aspects of music teaching, music knowledge skill and music ability.
