Study on the Three-dimensional Construction to Support the Professional Development of Novice Teachers——Taking the Music Education Field in Kindergartens as an Example

新手教师专业化发展水平对幼儿的成长、幼儿园的长远发展有着不可忽视的影响。针对新手教师工作、教学经验不够丰富,专业技能比较薄弱,理论与实践不能有机结合,教师间能力差异大等特点,通过多元化的园本提升方法,从音乐教学理念、音乐知识技能和音乐教学能力三方面,提高音乐教学素养水平,带动新手教师全面发展。

The professional level of novice teacher in kindergarten has a long-term effect on children＇s growth and the development. This paper studied the problems existed like： not rich teaching experience of novice teachers; relatively weak professional skills; theories and practice can not be combined automatically; there is great difference of teaching ability, etc. This paper gives following suggestions to improve overall development of novice teacher： taking diversified promotion methods, and improving the level of music teaching quality from the aspects of music teaching, music knowledge skill and music ability.
