摘要
目的探讨可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(Soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor,su PAR)在结核病患者中表达水平及其临床意义。方法利用蛋白芯片筛选发现su PAR在结核患者中高表达,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)验证蛋白芯片检测结果,共计检测107例结核病组(TB)、44例结核潜伏感染组(LTBI)及49例健康对照组(HC)等三组人群血浆中的su PAR水平。结果结核病人血浆中su PAR的表达水平显著高于健康对照和结核潜伏感染人群(P<0.001)。su PAR在分辨TB和HC的效能AUC为0.786,敏感度为75.510%,特异度为70.370%;分辨TB和LTBI的效能AUC为0.743,敏感度为86.360%,特异度为62.9600%。结论结核病人血浆中su PAR的表达显著高于健康对照和潜伏感染者,suPAR作为区分活动性结核与潜伏结核感染人群的生物标识有一定意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and potential diagnostic role of soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor( su PAR) in the plasma samples of tuberculosis Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to validate a previous finding that the level of su PAR was upregulated in patients with tuberculosis. The levels of su PAR in plasma of 107 tuberculosis( TB),44 latent tuberculosis infection( LTBI) and 49 healthy controls were determined( HC). Results The levels of su PAR in plasma of TB were significantly higher in the TB group than in the healthy control group and the LTBI group( P〈0. 001). The AUC,sensitivity,and specificity of su PAR to discriminate TB from HC,was 0. 786,75. 510% and 70. 370%,respectively. The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of su PAR for distinguishing TB and LTBI was 0. 743,86. 360% and 62. 960%. Conclusion Su PAR is significantly higher in the plasma of TB patients than that of HC and LTBI,which indicates that su PAR may be a biomarker for differentiating active tuberculosis from latent TB infection.
