摘要
针对MicroLogix PLC通信过程中的数据传输量超限问题,文中结合浙江中烟宁波卷烟厂制丝系统的应用,利用指针、轮询的原理,提出一种高效可行的方案,解决MicroLogix1500(RS232接口)与ControlLogix5563(ControlNet接口)的数据通信问题。该方案创造性地解决了数据通信量受限的问题,运行实践表明,基于该方案的系统稳定可靠,完全满足系统对于数据传输量的需求,且可移植性高。
According to the problem of limited data in MicroLogix PLC communication,this paper proposes an effective and feasible scheme with principal of pointer and polling,which combined with tobacco primary processing system of Ningbo Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd. This scheme effectively solved the network data transmission between feeding line's MicroLogix1500( RS232 interface) and Controllogix5563( ControlNet interface). The system proved to be reliable and feasible by the practical example. It fully meets the requirements for data transmission,and also has high portability.
