国家间“群内成员关系”的修辞建构--以习近平外交演讲语篇为例

Rhetorical Construction of “Group Membership” among Nations——Taking Xi Jinping's Diplomatic Speeches as an Example

当今时代,话语博弈已成为国家间看不见的新战场。元首外交作为国际交往的最高形态,有着其他交往无法替代的重要作用和战略价值。因此,在元首外交演讲中,如何通过话语的战略性选用即修辞手段,有效而得体地构筑国家间的"群内成员关系",从而确保双方在众多领域和国际场合保持合作与一致立场,已成为关乎国家的生存、荣辱和地位,提升国家"软实力"的重要战略内容。在考察分析习近平大量外交演讲语篇的基础上,总结得出了其外交演讲语篇中国家间"群内成员关系"修辞建构的词汇修辞手段、语篇修辞手段以及积极修辞手段。

The discourse game has become the new battleground among nations nowadays. As the highest form of international communication, the diplomacy of the head of state has important roles and strategic values that can not be replaced by other contacts. Therefore, in the foreign minister＇ s diplomatic speech, how to effectively and appro- priately build ＂group membership＂ among nations through the discourse, through the rhetorical methods, has been related to the survival, honor and status of nation, and it is the important strategic content to enhance the national ＂soft power＂,so as to ensure both sides to maintain cooperation and consensus in many areas and international situations. Therefore, on the basis of examining and analyzing a large number of Xi Jinping＇ s diplomatic speeches,we point out the rhetorical methods to follow the construction of ＂group membership＂ among nations, that is the lexical rhetorical methods,the textual rhetorical methods as well as the positive rhetorical methods.
