Three Modes of Cameras in the Courtroom System

庭审直播是本轮司法改革贯彻审判公开原则的举措,也是提升司法公信力的制度之一,因而理应得到充分的关注。放眼全球,各国对庭审直播的实践可以归纳为三种模式:以德国、法国、日本为代表的禁止直播模式;以英国、美国为典型的限制直播模式;以巴西与区域法院为范本的完全公开模式。

Cameras in courtroom is a judicial reform to implement the principle of open trial more deeply, and to enhance the credibility of the justice, which means we should pay more attention on it. Over the world, there are three kinds of this practice ： we differentiate the prohibition of broadcasting model （ Germany, France and Japan involved ）, the restriction model （the USA and the England involved） and the wholly open model （including Bra- zil and some regional courts）.
