南宋中后期,国力衰落、恩荫成风,科举弊端重重,平民仕途日渐狭窄。南宋商品经济比较发达,城市空前繁华,手工业门类众多且呈专业化发展趋势。随着书坊的兴起,编辑职业化已在所难免,诗人陈起便是当时职业化编辑群体的杰出代表。编辑职业化为促进编辑学、校勘学、目录学的发展以及版本学的诞生等提供了广泛的实践基础,也对当时的文化普及、民众开化以及中外文化传播起到了积极作用。

In the middle and late period of the Southern Song Dynasty,the national strength was further declining,the graciousness was becoming commonplace,the imperial examinations were wicked,and the official career of civilians was becoming increasingly narrow.Due to the more developed commodity economy in the Southern Song Dynasty,the city was unprecedentedly prosperous,and the handicraft industry was numerous and specialized.With the rise of the bookstore,Editing professionalism is inevitable.The poet Chen Qi was an outstanding representative of the professional editorial group at that time.Editing professionalism has played a role in enriching and promoting the development of editing,collation,bibliography,and literary studies.It has also played a positive role in the popularization of culture,popularization of people,and the spread of Chinese and foreign cultures.
