摘要
医患双方在医学信息上的不对称局面,是当下医患矛盾冲突升级的原因之一。一方面,信息不对称导致医疗服务供给方存在诱导需求的风险,类似事件一旦产生,将会使本就紧张的医患关系雪上加霜;另一方面,医疗卫生行业现有的职称、绩效评定体系对医生普及健康知识缺乏有效引导,使得这种信息不对称的局面很难得到逐步改善。因此,从医学信息不对称角度反思医患关系,提示公立医院在评定职称和核算绩效时,可考虑增加医护群体在医学科普贡献率、医德医风表现等方面的权重;同时,在对内容质量进行把关的前提下,社会应鼓励民间力量加入医学科普的大军。通过形成多方合力,不断改善医患信息不对称的局面,从而营造和谐的医患关系。
The asymmetry of medical information between doctors and patients is one of the reasons for conflict between them. On the one hand, information asymmetry leads to the risk of inducing demand from medical service providers, and the occurrence of the similar events would make strained doctor-patient relationship worse. On the other hand, the existing job title and performance evaluation system lack effective guidance for doctors to popularize health knowledge, making it difficult to improve information asymmetry. Therefore, reflecting on the doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of information asymmetry, we should consider increasing the weight of medical care groups in medical science, medical ethics, and other aspects when evaluating professional titles, also accounting performance, and encourage private forces to join the army of medical science, to create of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
