摘要
医院办公室是为院领导和实施决策服务的综合办事机构和协调部门,是承上启下,联系左右,沟通内外的枢纽,在医院管理中占有重要的地位。随着社会的发展和医疗体制改革的深入,医院发展也进入了“新常态”,医院诊疗技术、管理水平和内涵建设面临新的要求和挑战,在医院服务流程优化成功的关键因素中,医院核心管理层的优先关注起着重要作用,本文以镇江市第四人民医院新常态下提升医院服务治疗为视角,对院办的工作职能进行研究,寻找其在提高医院管理水平道路中的全新定位。
Hospital office is a service agency and coordination department for hospital administrators, it is the center to communicate inside and outside, also occupies an important position in the hospital management. With the development of the society and the deepening of medical system reform, the hospital development has entered a "new normal", hospital face new requirements and challenges in diagnosis and treatment level of technology, management and connotation construction.The attention of hospital's core management plays an important role in optimize the service process. This article focus on hospital office's job functions from improve hospital service under the new normal for perspective, looking for a new position to improve hospital management level.
