专科维护护士对降低乳腺肿瘤患者外周静脉置入中心静脉导管非计划性拔管率的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of unscheduled decannulation rate of peripherally inserted central venous catheter for breast cancer patients

目的分析肿瘤医院专科维护护士对降低乳腺癌肿瘤患者外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）非计划性拔管率的效果评价，探讨肿瘤医院专科护士维护对提高乳腺肿瘤患者PICC护理质量的意义。方法选择2015年1月至12月在我院住院化疗行PICC的乳腺肿瘤患者100例为对照组；选择2016年1月至12月在我院化疗行PICC的乳腺肿瘤患者100例为观察组，观察组100例患者均由专科护士进行PICC维护，对两组患者非计划拔管率进行比较。结果PICC专科维护护士实施PICC维护组患者并发症发生率及非计划拔管率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）结论专科维护护士可降低乳腺肿瘤患者PICC非计划拔管率，减少各种并发症发生，延长导管带管时间，从而提高PICC护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of specialist nurses in cancer hospital on reducing the unscheduled decannulation rate of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） in patients with breast cancer, and to explore the significance of maintenance of specialist nurses in breast cancer patients to improve PICC nursing quality. Methods 100 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy （PICC） were chosen, from January to December in 2015 as control group, and another 100 breast tumor patients with chemotherapy （PICC）, from January to December in 2016 as observation group. 100 cases of patients with PICC were carried out by specialist nurses maintenance in observation group, it has a unscheduled deeannulation rate comparison between two groups. Results Complications rate and unscheduled decannulation on rate who use PICC management are obviously lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Specialist nurse can reduce unscheduled decannulation rate for breast tumor patients with PICC.
