摘要
构建智能化实体办税服务厅能为纳税人提供全方位、全覆盖优质便捷的纳税服务。当前,实体办税服务厅面临的挑战是纳税人的个性化需求日益增多、承担的责任和事务性工作越来越重。智能化实体办税服务厅是税务系统与时俱进的必然产物,并在技术、实践、环境和经济方面具备了构建的可行性。智能化实体办税服务厅的框架构成有管理系统、服务系统以及技术配套系统,同时,智能化实体办税服务厅内的智能服务终端还能提升实体办税服务厅的服务效能,更充分地满足纳税人自助化、便捷化、个性化的办税需求。
Establishing an intelligentized entity tax service hall can provide taxpayers with a comprehensive and full range of high-quality and convenient tax payment services. At present, the challenges faced by the entity tax service hall include the taxpayers' ever-increasingly individualized demands and the heavier responsibilities and routine work. The intelligentized entity tax service hall is an inevitable outcome of the tax system's progress with the times, and it can be established feasibly in terms of technology, practice, environment and economy. The framework of the intelligentized entity tax service hall consists of a management system, a service system and a technical supporting system. Moreover, the intelligent service terminals in the intelligentized entity tax service hall can improve the service efficiency of the entity tax service hall and meet the taxpayers' tax payment demand for self-help, convenience and individuation more fully.
