摘要
通过分析大位移井固井技术难点,提出了针对大位移井易漏失地层固井作业的相应的技术措施。认为防漏堵漏水泥浆和前置液体系是大位移井易漏失地层固井作业成功的关键。室内针对防漏堵漏水泥浆及前置液体系的性能开展了评价研究工作,重点研究了水泥浆以及前置液的堵漏能力。综合评价结果显示:防漏堵漏水泥浆及前置液的堵漏性能良好,能一定程度上满足易漏失大位移井固井技术要求。该研究可以为大位移井易漏失地层的固井作业提供必要的技术支撑。
By analyzing the technical difficulties of cementing in extended reach wells,the corresponding technical measures for cementing operation in leaky formation of extended reach wells were put forward.It was considered that the key to the success of cementing operation was the leakproof and plugging slurry and the pad fluid system.The performance evaluation of cement slurry and thepad fluid system for leakproof and plugging was carried out in the laboratory,the plugging ability of cement slurry and the pad fluid was mainly studied.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the plugging performance of leakproof and plugging cement slurry and the pad fluid is good,to a certain extent,it can meet the requirements of cementing technology for easy leaking formations in the extended reach well.This study can provide necessary technical support for cementing operations in the leaky formation of extended reach wells.
