基于产品生产过程的教学探索与研究——以香皂盒模具设计为例

The Teaching Exploration and Research Based on Product Production Process

结合现阶段高职院校模具专业在教学中存在的问题,以香皂盒模具设计为例,分析了产品的生产全过程,提出教学改革思路——基于产品生产过程,采用以典型实际零件为载体的项目化教学。在教学中让学生亲自参与生产的每一个环节,提高实践动手能力,熟悉模具工艺标准,掌握专业技能。

Combined with the problems existing in the teaching of mould major in higher vocational colleges at present,taking the design of soap box mould as an example, this paper analyzes the whole production process of products, and puts forward the idea of teaching reform-based on the production process of products, adopt the project-oriented teaching with typical actual parts as the carrier. In teaching, students should participate in every link of production, improve their practical ability, be familiar with mould technology standards, and master professional skills.
