摘要
现代学徒制试点专业的建设工作是建立在"校企合作、订单培养"基础之上逐渐开展的,其中实习实训实施规划与管理是直接影响到学生专业核心技能培养、职业素质养成的关键之所在。辽宁林业职业技术学院家具设计与制造现代学徒制试点专业的实习实训,包括认知实习、跟岗实习、顶岗实习三个阶段,各阶段时间与目标明确,资源合理配置,与企业紧密合作,提升了人才培养效果。
Pilot major construction work of modern apprenticeship is conducted on the basis of "college-enterprise cooperation and order training". The practice implementation planning and management is the key to training students' professional skills and developing professional quality. The internship and practice of furniture design and manufacture modern apprenticeship pilot major in Liaoning Forestry Vocation-technical College includes cognition internship, on the job internship and post internship. The time and arrangement of each stage is definite, resources allocation is reasonable, the cooperation with enterprises is close, and this enhances the talent training results.
