高职大学生创业能力培养的实践探究

The Practical Exploration on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Ability of Higher Vocational College Students

简要阐述了高职大学生创业能力培养的重要性,并对沈阳职业技术学院实践教学平台"创业咖啡厅"进行了可行性分析,结合以往创新创业教育取得的经验教训,对高职大学生创业能力培养的有效途径进行了探讨:培养大学生自主创新意识,增加双师型指导教师数量,校企共建综合实践教学平台。

This paper briefly expounds the importance of cultivating higher vocational students＇ entrepreneurial ability, and carries out a feasibility analysis about the practical teaching platform ＂Entrepreneurship Cafe＂ in Shenyang Polytechnic College.Combined with the past experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the effective ways to cultivate entrepreneurship of higher vocational students are discussed： cultivate college students＇ automonous innovative sense, increase double qualified teachers, and colleges and enterperises build comprehensive practice teaching platform together.
