摘要
目的:探讨骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢大鼠牙槽骨结构及血清骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法:将24只3月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、模型组和骨碎补总黄酮组。采用摘除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法构建牙槽骨骨质疏松模型。给药12周后测血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶浓度,取大鼠牙槽骨进行组织切片观察和形态计量学测量。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠牙槽骨呈骨质疏松样改变,血清骨代谢指标表现为骨高转换。与模型组比较,骨碎补总黄酮可显著改善牙槽骨结构,增加牙槽骨骨小梁面积百分率(P<0.05)及骨小梁厚度,减小骨小梁间距(P<0.05)。血清骨代谢指标表现为血钙上升(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补总黄酮能抑制去卵巢大鼠牙槽骨结构破坏,减缓牙槽骨骨量丢失,改善骨代谢,对牙槽骨骨质疏松具有防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of drynaria total flavonoids on alveolar bone structure and bone metabolism biochemical indexes in ovariectomized rats. Methods: 24 three-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=8 per group): control group, model group, drynaria total flavonoids group. The alveolar bone osteoporosis model was established by removing the bilateral ovaries of the rats. After 12 weeks rats were sacrificied,serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase were measured. Therapeutic effect of drynaria total flavonoids was observed by pathomorphology and histomorphometry of the alveolar bone sections. Results: Compared with the control group, the alveolar bone of rats in the model group showed osteoporosis-like changes, and the indexes of serum bone metabolism showed bone turnover. Compared with the model group, drynaria total flavonoids can significantly improve the structure of alveolar bone, increase the percentage of trabecular bone(P〈0.05) and thickness of trabecular bone, but reduce the spacing of bone(P〈0.05). The indexes of serum bone metabolism were blood calcium increase(P〈0.05), and alkaline phosphatase level decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Drynaria total flavonoids showed the potential effects on prevention of alveolar bone osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats by inhibiting alveolar bone structure damage and improving the bone metabolism.
