摘要
目的:验证一种用于透光法提取记录咬合点的改良校准硅胶的可靠性。方法:采用预制工具与记录硅橡胶同步制作O-bite校准硅胶块20组,每组三个,采用平板扫描仪透扫生成灰色图像。通过图像处理软件测量及数学公式计算获取校准硅胶不同灰度阈值与硅胶厚度的有序数列,拟合回归曲线并建立方程,计算方程决定系数(R^2)。重复扫描一遍,采用配对样本t检验,计算组内相关系数(ICC),相关系数及根据回归方程模拟取值,评价该改良校准硅胶方法的可重复性,验证可靠性。结果:共获得60块校准硅胶块,40张.tiff格式灰度图像。建立回归方程的R^2=0.984;配对t检验p=0.703;ICC=0.998;相关系数为0.998;根据两次扫描建立的两个回归方程模拟取值相等均为147。结论:O-bite材料制作的改良校准硅胶块具有优异的可重复性,能够可靠地应用于透光法提取记录咬合点。
Objective: To verify the reliability of an improved calibrated impression for the extraction of occlusalcontact by light transmission method. Methods: 20 sets of o-bite calibrated silica gel blocks, three in each set, were produced simultaneously with the prefabricated tool and occlusal recording silicon rubber. The gray image was generated by the flat scanning. Though the measurement with software Photoshop and mathematical formula calculation, the data of different gray threshold and thickness of calibration impression is obtained. The regression curve and equation are established, and the coefficient of determination of equation(R^2) is calculated. After repeated scanning, the intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC), correlation coefficient and simulated values according to regression equation were calculated by paired sample t-test.The repeatability and reliability of the modified calibration impression were evaluated and verified. Results: 60 pieces of calibrated impression blocks were obtained, and 40.Tiff format gray images were obtained. The regression equation was established by R^2=0.984; the paired t test p=0.703; ICC=0.998; the correlation coefficient was 0.998; according to the two regression equations established by the two scans, the simulated values were equal to 147. Conclusion: the modified calibration impression block made of O-bitelhas excellent repeatability and can be reliably applied to the extraction of occlusal contact points by light transmission method.
