老年口腔癌患者术前团体音乐心理辅导的效果观察

Effect of preoperative group music psychological counseling in elderly patients with oral cancer

目的:探讨老年口腔癌患者术前团体音乐心理辅导的应用效果。方法:选取在我科住院治疗的老年口腔癌患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组进行口腔外科术前常规护理及健康宣教;观察组在给予常规护理的基础上,增加团体音乐心理辅导,分别测评术后2组的焦虑程度(SAS评分)及睡眠质量(PQRI评分)。结果:术后观察组患者的SAS评分及PQRI评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:将团体音乐心理辅导应用于老年口腔癌患者术前护理,能有效的舒缓患者的紧张、焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量,增强治愈信心。

Objective： To explore the effect of preoperative groups of music therapy and psychological counseling in elderly patients with oral cancer. Methods： 80 elderly patients with oral cancer who were hospitalized in our department were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received preoperative routine care and health education. In the observation group, groups of music therapy and psychological counseling was added on the basis of routine nursing. The anxiety degree（SAS score） and sleep quality（PQRI score） of two groups were respectively evaluated after surgery. Results： The SAS scores and PQRI scores of the postoperative observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： The application of group music thearpy and psychological counseling in preoperative nursing of elderly patients with oral cancer can effectively relieve the tension and anxiety of patients, improve the sleep quality and enhance confidence in healing
