摘要 目的:探索数字化三维手术模拟结合3D打印技术在颌骨缺损重建手术中的教学应用价值。方法:以需要颌骨部分切除的患者为教学实践病例,经CT扫描及三维重建,在计算机上建立三维数字化颌面骨模型,通过在计算机上对该模型行颌骨部分切除及重建手术的模拟操作;并将数据进行输出,行3D打印颌面骨模型,在模型上对手术操作进行模拟,采用数字化技术辅助教学并与传统教学方法进行对比,对教学结果进行评价。结果:在教学中学生可通过计算机对三维数字化颌面骨模型的手术操作进行直观的学习,并通过3D打印颌面骨模型进一步加深印象,教学效果优于传统教学方法。结论:将数字化三维手术模拟结合3D打印技术应用于颌骨缺损重建手术教学培训,可取得良好的手术教学效果。 Objective: To explore the teaching and application value of digital three-dimensional surgical simulation combined with three-dimensional printing technology in jaw defect reconstruction surgery. Methods: Taking patients requiring partial jaw resection as teaching practice cases, a three-dimensional digital maxillofacial bone model was established on the computer through CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction, and simulated operation of partial jaw resection and reconstruction operation was performed on the model on the computer. And output the data, print the maxillofacial bone model in three-dimensional. The digital technology was used to assist the teaching and to compare with the traditional teaching methods, and the teaching results were evaluated. Results: In teaching, students can intuitively learn the operation of three-dimensional digital maxillofacial bone model by computer, and further deepen the impression by three-dimensional printing of maxillofacial bone model, and the teaching effect is better than traditional teaching method. Conclusion: Digital three-dimensional surgical simulation combined with three-dimensional printing technology can be applied to the teaching and training of jaw defect reconstruction surgery, and good teaching effect can be achieved.
