护理层级管理在消化内科护理管理中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨护理层级管理在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在该院消化内科的住院患者320例,将患者随机分为观察组160例与对照组160例,对照组患者给予消化内科常规护理,观察组患者在给予消化内科常规护理的基础上,增加护理层级管理。对两组患者不良事件发生率、护理人员护理安全质量合格率、护理投诉率情况与患者满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者160例,不良事件发生率1.88%、护理投诉率1.25%、护理安全质量合格率96.25%;对照组患者160例,不良事件发生率14.38%、护理投诉率16.25%、护理安全质量合格率70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.745、22.544、39.298,P<0.05)。观察组患者160例,满意153例,不满意7例,总满意度为95.63%;对照组患者160例,满意139例,不满意21例,总满意度为86.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.671,P<0.05)。结论护理层级管理在消化内科的护理管理中有着良好的应用效果,对护理工作者的专业水平以及操作能力有着良性的作用,同时可以改善护患关系,值得推广。 Objective This paper tries to explore the application of nursing level management in the nursing management of digestive medicine. Methods 320 cases of inpatients in Department of Gastroenterology from January 2016 to January 2017 in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into 160 patients in the observation group and 160 in the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine care in digestive medicine. Patients in the observation group were given digestion on the basis of routine nursing of internal medicine, management at the nurse level was increased. The incidence of adverse events in the two groups of patients, nursing staff safety and health qualification rate, nursing complaints rate and patient satisfaction were compared. Results 160 patients in the observation group had an adverse event rate of 1.88%, a nursing complaint rate of 1.25%, and a nursing quality assurance rate of 96.25%;160 patients in the control group had an adverse event rate of 14.38%, a nursing complaint rate of 16.25%, and qualified nursing safety quality rate was 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.745,22.544,39.298,P〈0.05). 160 patients were observed in the observation group,153 were satisfied, 7 were unsatisfied, and the total satisfaction was 95.63%;160 patients were in the control group, 139 were satisfied, 21 were unsatisfied, and the total satisfaction was 86.88%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.671,P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing level management has a good application effect in the nursing management of gastroenterology,and has a positive effect on the professional level and operation ability of nursing workers. At the same time, it can improve the relationship between nurses and patients and is worthy of promotion.
