护理管理干预对农村类风湿性关节炎患者生活质量的干预作用研究

Intervention Effect of Nursing Management Intervention on Life Quality of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Rural Areas

目的探究护理管理干预对农村类风湿性关节炎患者的影响。方法以该院120例农村类风湿性关节炎患者作为观察对象,随机将120例患者分为对照组(60例,应用常规护理)、实验组(60例,应用常规护理+护理管理干预)。研究对比对照组和实验组患者的关节疼痛评分及生活质量评分。结果实验组患者干预半年后关节疼痛评分(2.78±0.32)分相比对照组(4.94±0.35)分明显更低,生活质量评分(87.46±2.69)分相比对照组(80.30±2.77)分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对农村类风湿性关节炎患者实施护理管理干预的效果较佳。

Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of nursing management intervention on patients with rheumatoid arthritis in rural areas. Methods Taking 120 cases of rural rheumatoid arthritis patients in this hospital as observation objects,120 patients were randomly divided into control group（60 cases, routine nursing care） and experimental group（60 cases, routine nursing care management intervention）. The joint pain scores and quality of life scores were compared between the control group and the experimental group. Results Six months after the intervention, the joint pain score（2.78 ±0.32）points in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（4.94 ±0.35）points, and the quality of life score（87.46 ±2.69）points was higher, compared with the control group（80.30 ±2.77）points（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing management intervention on rural rheumatoid arthritis patients is better.
