护理风险管理在产科中应用的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Obstetrics

目的探讨产科护理中风险及护理风险管理应用的价值。方法选择2017年6—12月该院产科病房280例孕产妇作为观察组,同期产科另外一个病区260例院孕产妇作为对照组,对照组孕产妇实施产科常规护理方法,观察组孕产妇针对常见风险,实施有针对性的护理措施,具体内容包括:建立健全产科各项规章管理制度、提高产科护理人员专业技能、加强产科风险教育、加强药品与设备管理、加强孕产妇家属对护理知识的认知。结果观察组护理人员三基及产科专科知识考试成绩(92.03±5.25)分、孕产妇护理满意度99.00%高于对照组的(82.17±9.67)分、92.00%;观察组护理不良事件1.07%、护理投诉0.36%低于对照组的4.62%、3.46%(P<0.05)。结论产科护理工作中存在显著的风险,实施护理风险预防措施,能够提高护理知识水平,降低护理不良事件及护理投诉的发生,提高了孕产妇护理满意度。

Objective This paper tries to explore the value of risk and nursing risk management applications in obstetric care. Methods From June to December 2017, 280 cases of maternal wards in the hospital were taken as the observation group. In the same period, another ward of 260 obstetrics was used as the control group. The maternal of the control group was given routine obstetric care. The observation group carried out targeted nursing measures in response to common risks.The specific contents included： establishment and improvement of obstetrical regulations and management systems, improvement of professional skills of obstetric nursing staff, strengthening obstetric risk education, strengthening of drug and equipment management, and strengthening of maternal family care knowledge. Results The scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were（92.03±5.25）points for the three bases and obstetrics specialist knowledge, 99.00% for the maternal care was higher than that for the control group（82.17 ±9.67）points, 92.00%, and the incidence of nursing care for the observation group was 1.07%, and the nursing complaint was 0.36%, lower than the 4.62% and 3.46% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are significant risks in obstetric care. Implementing preventive measures for nursing risks can improve the level of nursing knowledge, reduce the incidence of nursing care and nursing complaints, and improve the satisfaction of maternal care.
