摘要
为了探讨多种因素对高校医院医生职业倦怠的影响,采用问卷调查法、访谈法对N大学校医院医生的职业倦怠情况进行调研,并用统计分析的方法对调查问卷及访谈采集的数据信息进行统计分析和比较。结果表明:影响高校医院医生职业倦怠的各个因素中,情绪衰竭部分很有可能占据着主导的地位。此次研究结果显示,N大学校医院医生有着一定程度的职业倦怠,虽然不是非常严重,但如果不引起足够的重视将影响到高校医院的改革发展。
Objective To explore the influence of various factors on doctors' JOB burnout in university hospitals. Methods Through questionnaires and interviews,we investigated the job burnout of doctors in N university hospital,and analyzed and compared the data collected by questionnaires and interviews statistically. Results Among the factors that affect the job burnout of university hospital doctors,the part of emotional exhaustion is likely to occupy a dominant position. Conclusion This study shows that doctors in N university hospital have a certain degree of job burnout,though not very serious,but without enough attention,it will affect the reform and development of university hospitals.
