摘要
以大数据、云计算为基础构建的新型信息化催生了新工科产业发展和教育改革,大数据人才培养是关键,而人才培养的关键是师资。然而大数据人才匮乏也导致师资不足,传统的师资建设机制已不能满足大数据尤其是新工科背景下大数据人才的培养要求。按新工科改革的教育理念,应建立以需求为导向的师资建设机制。但大数据人才需求的超前性、复杂性和动态性使得该机制有一定的实施难度,为此应建立政校企合作培养模式,通过顶层保障制度和动态调整机制来保障该机制的运作质效。
The modern informatization based on the big data and cloud computing has spawned the emerging engineering industry and education,so big data talent is the core element. However,the key to the training of talents is the teacher. The existing teachers and teachers' construction mechanism cannot meet the social needs of big data talents,especially in the new engineering background. According to the emerging engineering educational philosophy,a demand-oriented construction mechanism of teaching staff should be set. There are some difficulties in operating this mechanism,because of the demand of big data talents with characters of the advanced,complex and dynamic. In order to solve this problem,three strategies should be implemented,such as the government-enterprise-school cooperation training,the top level guarantee system and the dynamic adjustment mechanism.
