Research On Applied Economics Training Mode Innovation of Eastern Guangdong under the Coordination of the Open Background

协调开放背景下,应用型经济学专业人才培养对于粤东地区促进经济发展,提高创新能力和参与竞争具有重要意义。但实践中,却存在着人才培养规模小、人才培养模式不完善、人才培养结构与产业需求匹配度低等问题。加大对区域内本专业教育资源的投入力度,构建对接产业需求结构的人才培养体系,特别是创新人才培养模式,是解决现实问题,促进粤东经济学专业应用型人才培养的关键。

Applied Economics Training is very important for the eastern Guangdong to promote economic development and to improve the ability to innovate and compete in the context of coordinated development. But there is a low-scale personnel training,unperfected training model and low matching structure with industrial demand in practice.The key way is to increase education resources investment,build personnel training system which is coordinated to industrial structure,innovate training model in particular to promote the key eastern economics application of talent development.
