世界一流科研机构评价指标体系探析

Research on System of Evaluation Indicators of World-class Scientific Research Institutes

通过梳理世界一流科研机构评价标准的研究现状与方法,结合我国科研机构的功能定位和特点,从科研机构当期业绩和可持续发展评价两个维度出发,探索构建涵盖十大方面共57项评价指标的世界一流科研机构评价指标体系,并针对后续工作提出相应的建议,以期对我国的科研机构发展和改革提供有益的借鉴。

By collecting research methods and results on evaluation indexes of world-class scientific research institutes,combined with the functional orientation and features of scientific research institutes in our country,this paper explores and constructs 57 evaluation indexes covering 10 aspects from current performance and sustainable development,and gives suggestions for the follow-up work,in order to improve the development and innovation of scientific research institutes.
