Research on Combat Effectiveness Evaluation Method Based on Combination of Multiple Methods

基于对多种作战效能评估方法优缺点的分析,提出结合多种方法评估效能的思路。采用粗糙集做原始样本预处理,结合专家评估法结果认可度高和BP神经网络评估法高效率的优势,建立了3种方法结合评估作战效能的方法和流程。利用专家评估中的德尔菲法得到多型无人攻击机的评估结论;将专家评估结论作为BP神经网络的训练样本,得到基于专家经验的BP神经网络模型,固化了专家经验,实现了基于专家经验高效评估新机型的目的。最后用算例检验了方法的可用性和合理性。

Based on the analysis of the merits and demerits of various combat effectiveness evaluation methods, the idea of combining a variety of methods to evaluate the effectiveness is proposed.. Then the rough set is used as the preprocessing of the original samples, combined with the high acceptance of expert assessment results and high efficiency of BP neural network evaluation method, the combination effectiveness evaluation method and process of BP neural network and expert evaluation method was put forward. The Delphi evaluation methods in expert assessment is chosen to get the effectiveness assessment conclusions of multi-type UCAVs firstly;then the expert evaluation conclusion are used as training samples of BP neural network, and get the BP neural network model based on expert experience, curing expert experience and the purpose of efficiently evaluate new UCAV type is realized based on expert experience. Finally, the availability and rationality of the method are verified by an example.
