摘要
露天矿山用地改革为快速生产提供了保障,但矿床覆存条件、开采工艺参数等的不同,要完成采、运、排、复垦环节的时间不同,即用地周期的长短不一致。建立了用地周期理论计算模型,以平朔矿区典型近水平生产露天矿为例,理论计算出用地周期并对不同构造对周期的影响进行分析,提出保障措施和办法。
Land reform in open-pit mine provides guarantee for rapid production. The different deposit conditions, mining process parameters and other factors lead to different time of mining, transportation, waste dump and land reclamation, which lead to the length of the land use cycle inconsistent. This article establishes the theory calculation model of land use cycle. Taking the typical nearly horizontal deposit conditions in Pingshuo Open-pit Mine as an example, the article calculates land use cycle in theory and analyzes the effect of land use cycle on different deposit conditions, and puts forward the measures and methods of guarantee.
