摘要
分析了东露天矿小窑采空区火区的成因和发展特性,提出了采空区火区分布范围广、发展速度快、动态变化性高和易复燃等基本特点,阐明了露天矿小窑采空区的快速动态变化性和火源蔓延立体化等特性。同时,分析了高倍阻化泡沫技术原理及灌注工艺,并应用在火区治理过程中。结果表明,高倍阻化泡沫技术较三相泡沫制备更容易、发泡倍数更高、泡沫量更大,更适合大空间采空区空洞火区治理。
This article analyzes the causes and development characteristics of the fire zone in open-pit mining area, and presents the basic characteristics of wide distribution, rapid development, high dynamic variability, and easy to rekindle, and elaborates the features of rapid dynamic variability and three-dimensional propagation of fire sources. The author analyzes the principle of high-impedance foam technology and the infusion process, which applies in the fire zone control process. The results show that the high-impervious foam technology is easier to prepare and has higher foam expansion and foam volume when compared with the three-phase foam, which is more suitable for the control of large space goaf area empty fire area.
